Offset was featured in the November 1 edition of the Commercial Mortgage Alert, “Startup Prioritizes Senior Debt Focus.” The article highlights Offset’s adaptable approach to current market dynamics and an increasing demand for flexible senior financing solutions.

A recent partnership with a leading institutional asset manager has significantly expanded our lending capacity.

Through the joint venture, Offset Capital is set to provide $150 million in debt funding in 2025. We will close the partnership’s first origination later this month, which will finance the acquisition of a limited-service hotel in the Southwest U.S. Other senior bridge loans of $25 million+ are currently working their way through Offset’s pipeline for closes later this year.
